Excellent breakfast with a variety of options.
I found the gym hours quite inconvenient, opening only from 1 to 9 PM and being closed on Sundays. my room had some wear and tear, especially the bathroom door which had paint coming off. The toilet seat felt subpar for a hotel of this standing.

i really woudl ve expected a hotel with a '7-star' rating to have a gym that’s actually open during the day, not just 1-9pm like a grocery store. i almost thought the breakfast was good until i noticed the staff seemed overwhelmed. don't even get me started on ants in the room, an absolutelee unacceptable situation!

Chill vibes and great food!
We spent a night here after a long drive, and it was super chill! The poolside restaurant had amazing food – seriously, it looked as good as it tasted. The staff were really friendly, but the room felt a bit dated despite being comfy. Still, we had everything we needed for a quick stay.

The staff jumped in to help when we faced issues during the heavy rain, making our stay so much smoother. I loved unwinding in the sauna and enjoying the seasonal outdoor pool after a long day. A small downside was that the gym had limited hours, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 😊
